The structure has been optimized to enhance fuselage strength and improve the traction components for safer movement. The vehicle's load-bearing capacity has been strengthened to support upper-body loading, and rubber anti-collision blocks have been added.
All pressure pipelines are connected by steel pipes. This not only ensures sealing but also eliminates the risk of rubber hose aging. The steel pipes are abrasion - proof and give an elegant appearance.
It features a patented air filter assembly with a safety filter element, and all intake pipes are made of stainless steel. This design ensures effective dust filtration and prevents equipment damage from unclean air due to aging or broken rubber hoses.
The newly designed cooler features independently installed and cushioned units, eliminating stress points. This prevents damage from outer cover deformation seen in the original design. If replacement is needed, only the damaged unit can be easily replaced without removing the entire cooler assembly.
All diesel-driven screw machines use internationally renowned imported brand controllers with optimized interfaces. Operation requires only three switches for power, startup, and shutdown. Preheating, loading, unloading, pressure control, and fuel injection are all automated. This ensures normal operation and prevents high-pressure shutdowns or misoperation-induced fuel injection issues. The controller is also waterproof and moisture-proof.
For electrically movable products, the air switch is connected from the electric control cabinet. The external power supply and air switch are installed on the machine's outer side with safety features. The control cabinet has a door for convenience and safety.
